Background

Radisson Blu, a major player in the hospitality sector needs no specific introduction. Radisson Blu offers its customers a range of close to 30 hotels in the country and 380 hotels around the globe. Ever since its inception, Radisson Blu has been known for delivering leading-edge, stylish and sophisticated international hospitality. They have recently launched a new property in Hinjewadi, Pune which is known for its information technology park.


Challenge

With the hospitality industry and newer properties in general, it is difficult to engage customers and gain popularity among the crowd. Especially in a city, where Radisson has a well-established property, it was important to create a clear distinction and introduce this new property to Punekars. Making sure that direct bookings and more enquiries are made was a task at hand too, and in a perfectly competitive market, another challenge was to maintain a constant liking among customers.
