Background

Challenge
Nature is one of the most important aspect of this project. And therefore, it was necessary that the identity should be created around it. Also, today, Karjat is slowly becoming the most preferred location for a second home. It was essential that the real estate project would establish its exclusivity. Priced at a premium, Rivergate Aranya’s identity should be such that it justifies the price of the project.
Solution
A famous man once said, ‘whenever I have found myself stuck in the ways I relate to things, I return to nature. It is my principal teacher, and I try to open my whole being to what it has to say’. We agreed and went to find inspiration in nature. The identity created was not only palatial, it was closely related to nature.
