Background

FLO is a next-generation co-living solution for professionals in Pune, developed by Co-Living Stories, a start-up seeded by luxury real estate developers Panchshil. With their group philosophy of being driven by passion, excellence, and sustainability, FLO caters to young, working professionals and promises to provide them with a sense of safety, community, flexibility, proximity, value, and amenities.


Challenge

With a change in trends the world over with the introduction of co-working and co-living spaces, FLO was formed to offer millennials in Pune an opportunity to upgrade their living standards with fully furnished co-living spaces on rent with the click of a button. Being a relatively new brand and with the concept of co-living still not common in India the challenge was to create brand awareness, informing people about the concept of co-living and increase the rental sales of FLO.


Solution

To achieve this, we optimised the FLO social media pages, website SEO as well as helped conceptualise events to engage people on ground. With the launch of a new FLO co-living property we created a custom campaign to highlight the brand and its concept through both online and offline channels.
